BTW, here’s a pro popsicle making trick: if your popsicle mold doesn’t have a slot for the stick, just freeze your popsicles for two hours, then insert the sticks, and then put them back in to let them freeze completely.

1. Strawberry Cheese Cake Pops

Makes 6 popsicles. Takes about 15 minutes to make and 4 hours to freeze.

What you need:
– 1/2 cup Graham cracker crumbs
– 2 tablespoons melted butter
– 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
– 2 cups strawberries, halved
– 1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar
– 1/3 cup milk
– 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
– A popsicle mold

How to make it:
Step 1: Start by combining the Graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until you get a crumbly mixture.
Step 2: In a separate bowl combine the cream cheese, strawberries, confectioners’ sugar, milk and Greek yogurt. If you have a food processor use it for this step.
Step 3: Put the cream cheese mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a bit of room at the top. Add the Graham cracker mixture to the top and gently press it into the batter so it sticks.
Step 4: Pop in the popsicle sticks and let it freeze for 4 hours.

2. 3 Ingredient Blueberry Yogurt Pops

What you need:
– 2 cups blueberries
– 2 tablespoons agave or honey
– 2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt
– A popsicle mold

How to make it:
Step 1: Blend the blueberries until they’re nearly liquified into a smoothie-like consistency.
Step 2: Put the mixture into a bowl and mix in the agave/honey.
Step 3: Add the vanilla yogurt. Only mix it in a little bit so you can get that tie-dye look. Taste the mixture, if you want it sweeter you can add more agave/honey!
Step 4: Pour the mixture into the popsicle molds and let it freeze for 4 hours.

3. Fresh Fruit Lava Flow Pops!

Makes about 10 popsicles. You can use frozen or fresh fruit.

What you need:

For the pineapple swirl:
– 1½ cups pineapple
– 1 cup mangos
– ½ cup – ¾ cup coconut milk (can use canned)

For the strawberry swirl:
– 2 cups strawberries
– 3-4 tbsp orange juice
– 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

How to make it:
Step 1: Place ingredients for the pineapple swirl in a blender and purée until completely smooth. Add additional coconut milk as needed. Remove from blender.
Step 2: Place ingredients for strawberry swirl in a blender and purée until completely smooth.
Step 3: Alternate scoops of pineapple and strawberry smoothies into popsicle molds.
Step 4: Insert popsicle molds and freeze until completely solid.
