1) The Karlie
This girl has legs for days. And while good genes probably don’t hurt, she also works out a lot and takes good care of her health. Karlie says to Teen Vogue, “I overcame the insecurities I had as a teenager through being the best I could be. Part of that means making yourself the strongest, smartest, healthiest version of you. I think that’s what gave me the confidence to be proud when I stepped out on that runway,” she says. “Even if I am taller than all the boys!” These moves were designed in boutique SOHO fitness studio modelFit and they focus on slow, controlled movements to build long, lean muscle. The best part is you can do this routine anywhere! Check it out here.
2) Ballerina Babe
You’re not going to work up a sweat but boy oh boy are you going to feel your muscles burn. Marie Helen-Bowers was a professional dancer for 10 years and is now a trainer responsible for supermodel legs like Lily Aldridge’s and Nathalie Portman’s transformation for Black Swan. She focuses on targeted exercises and stretches that sculpt a dancer’s toned, lean physique. Throw down a towel and try out one of these quick 15 minute workouts before you head out for the day.
3) Model Vibes
This workout is not for the faint of heart but if you want to get your blood pumping and feel like a superhero, this is the workout for you. Designed by Brett Hoebel, trainer for models Doutzen Kroes and Karolína Kurková, this workout is sure to get you in shape and feeling strong fast. It’s based on something called HIIT, which stands for High Intensity Interval Training. In English that means workouts that are short but challenging, allowing you to work out for less time with better results. See if you can survive it by trying out this 20 minute workout.
